These terms apply to services and communications provided by JOBSCALE PRO LLC.

SMS communications
JOBSCALE PRO LLC offers separate, optional permissions for informational and promotional text messages about its own services. You may choose either permission, both or neither. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Submitting an inquiry does not grant permission for promotional messages.
Informational messages may include responses to inquiries and requests for information; consultation and appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling changes; updates about requested proposals; client onboarding instructions; service updates; and customer-support responses.
Promotional messages may include offers and discounts on JobScale Pro services, new-service announcements, and promotional follow-ups to recipients who have provided marketing consent.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions, appointments, services and messaging preferences. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you reply STOP, you will receive an opt-out confirmation, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP to that same number. You may also contact team@jobscalepro.com or 561-556-7176 for support or to request that text messages stop.
For questions about receiving texts again after opting out, contact team@jobscalepro.com or 561-556-7176. A new inquiry does not by itself grant permission to resume promotional messages.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Please see our Privacy Policy for information about personal information, mobile numbers and SMS consent records. These provisions concern JobScale Pro’s own communications with prospects and clients. Messaging programs operated for clients require their own scope and consent.

Plan scope, setup and billing
Each plan covers one business location and one Google Business Profile. Additional locations are quoted separately. SMS, email, phone, and other communication usage is billed separately based on actual consumption.
Every website created has a $499 setup & onboarding charge. The $499 AI configuration fee is waived when the full $499 setup & onboarding fee for the associated website has been paid. AI Front Office monthly service and usage charges remain additional. A waived AI configuration fee is not a paid website setup fee and creates no extra buyout credit.
Services are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time. Payments are non-refundable except where expressly provided under the JobScale Pro 90-Day Performance Guarantee or required by law. Cancellation does not eliminate charges already incurred, including communication usage.
Monthly billing starts after onboarding and account setup are complete.
When you cancel, we will confirm the effective date and final billing period. Future renewal billing will stop as applicable to that confirmed date. There is no minimum term, required cancellation notice period or early-cancellation penalty. Any final usage charge is based on the agreed rate and actual consumption. Cancellation does not automatically delete your records. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
90-Day Performance Guarantee
Eligible Growth service is covered by the JobScale Pro 90-Day Performance Guarantee, measured after the first 90 days of active service against the agreed starting baseline. The guarantee refunds only the most recent Growth monthly service payment. Measurement, eligibility and refund exclusions are set out in Plan Details & Guarantees.
Website scope and buyout
Website buyout price: $1,997. This option is available for an existing website created through a qualifying JobScale Pro subscription; it is not an upfront website-only purchase offer. Each website created has a $499 setup & onboarding fee. Only the setup fee actually paid for that website is credited toward its buyout price. If the full $499 setup & onboarding fee for that specific website was paid, the remaining buyout balance is $1,498. A waived or unpaid setup fee creates no credit, and a discounted setup fee earns only the amount actually paid. No setup-fee waiver or discount is currently advertised.
While a qualifying website service is active, hosting and routine maintenance are included. After cleared buyout payment, JobScale Pro supplies the website files within two weeks (14 calendar days) for the client to arrange their own hosting. Hosting setup, migration assistance, replacement integrations, and post-transfer support are not included. If the client ends the connected third-party services, those features are removed from the website before handoff, and the client is responsible for arranging replacements. Examples include hosted forms, chat, calendars, AI receptionist/chat connections, tracking, and automations. E-commerce and other functionality beyond the standard website scope require a separate quote at an additional price agreed before work begins.
Separate systems and ownership boundaries
The buyout includes transferable, rights-cleared website files for your business. It excludes agency licenses, internal documents, credentials, raw customer databases and other clients’ information. Continuing hosting, CRM access, paid subscriptions, AI answering, communication usage and live automations are not included. A separately continued service remains under its own active agreement. A website-file transfer does not by itself change your domain rights, separately held records or phone-number arrangements.
