Plan Details & Guarantees

Review the details behind your plan, from billing and service scope to the Growth guarantee and website ownership. This page complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

90-Day Performance Guarantee

We establish a baseline before we begin. If, after 90 days of active Growth service, we can show neither measurable improvement in your Google Maps visibility nor an increase in qualified inbound calls from the channels we track, we'll refund your most recent Growth monthly service payment. Setup fees, communication and AI usage charges, advertising spend, third-party costs, and completed website work are not refundable.

This guarantee applies to Growth only—not Digital Foundation or standalone AI Front Office. Its 90-day measurement period is not a mandatory 90-day contract.

Google Maps measurement

The 90-Day Performance Guarantee measures change against the agreed starting baseline. Google Maps visibility uses agreed tracked keywords, comparable geo-grid/service-area settings, baseline ranking data captured before the relevant Growth measurement period and comparable reporting methodology at the 90-day checkpoint.

Qualified inbound calls

Qualified inbound calls are measured through approved JobScale Pro call tracking using connected third-party services where configured, from agreed tracked channels against the agreed starting baseline. Spam, wrong numbers, solicitation/vendor calls, internal/test calls and duplicates are excluded. Paid-ad calls and leads are excluded unless expressly included in the agreed measurement.

Eligibility

Eligibility requires active Growth service through the 90-day measurement period; required account access and business information; requested approvals/materials within a reasonable timeframe; agreed tracking kept active; and no unapproved changes that materially interfere with the optimization or tracking being measured.

Refund scope and exclusions

The guarantee refunds only the most recent Growth monthly service payment. It excludes the $499 setup & onboarding fee, previous monthly service payments, communication and AI usage, advertising spend, third-party charges, website purchase/buyout payments, completed website work and completed custom/additional-scope work.

When the refund applies

A performance refund may apply only when neither qualifying measure improves, subject to all conditions. Improvement in either Google Maps visibility or qualified inbound tracked calls means this performance-refund trigger is not met. The guarantee does not promise Top 3 ranking, first-page placement, a specific number of calls, jobs or revenue.

Billing & Cancellation

Services are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time. Payments are non-refundable except where expressly provided under the JobScale Pro 90-Day Performance Guarantee or required by law. Cancellation does not eliminate charges already incurred, including communication usage. Monthly billing starts after onboarding and account setup are complete.

There is no standard minimum commitment. Incurred AI usage also remains payable. Existing website setup and AI configuration charges and the qualifying configuration waiver are described in Important Plan Details.

There is no cancellation fee.

Website Ownership & Buyout

$1,997 buyout for an existing qualifying subscription website; not an upfront website-only purchase.
Full $499 paid setup leaves $1,498; waived or unpaid amounts create no credit. Only website setup actually paid for that specific website is credited; discounted setup earns only the amount paid.
Every new website has a $499 setup & onboarding fee; no setup-fee waiver or discount is advertised.
Website files are delivered within two weeks (14 calendar days) of cleared buyout payment. The client arranges hosting.
Files-only handoff; no hosting setup, migration assistance, replacement integrations or post-transfer support. Hosting and routine maintenance are included while the qualifying website service is active.
Connected third-party-powered features are removed when the associated service ends; the client arranges replacement functionality after handoff. This includes hosted forms, chat, calendars, AI connections, tracking and automations. Separately continued services require an active agreement.

With no qualifying setup payment, the remaining buyout is $1,997. A documented partial payment credits only the actual website setup paid for that same website. Monthly payments and waived AI configuration do not create website-buyout credit.

The portable handoff contains your rights-cleared website files. You arrange suitable hosting, deployment/configuration, replacement integrations, third-party accounts and ongoing maintenance.

Agency-owned CRM access, AI subscriptions, agency automations, licensed software and nontransferable ongoing third-party services are not included. Separately continued services require their own active agreement.

Important Plan Details

Digital Foundation

$397/month + $499 setup & onboarding, plus applicable communication usage. One business location and one Google Business Profile. The full JobScale Review Engine, profile audit and implementation recommendations are included; ongoing agency-managed profile optimization is not.

Growth

$997/month + $499 setup & onboarding, plus applicable communication usage. One business location and one Google Business Profile. Includes Digital Foundation plus approved ongoing Maps, content, listings/citations, reputation and reporting work, with the conditional 90-Day Performance Guarantee.

Standalone AI Front Office

$697 / month + usage + standard $499 AI configuration. Applicable AI/communication usage is additional. Configuration is waived when the associated full $499 setup & onboarding fee for that specific website has been paid; monthly and usage charges remain payable and the waiver creates no buyout credit.

Scope and connected services

Foundation and Growth each cover one business location and one Google Business Profile; additional locations are quoted separately.
SMS, email, phone, AI and other applicable communication/usage charges are billed separately based on actual consumption, including usage for both Foundation and Growth and standalone AI. Actual agreed rates are disclosed before billing.
Website work is optional. If you prefer to keep your existing website, we can focus on the other services included in your selected plan.
Standard websites include up to 15 pages and up to 3 initial layout revision rounds. Major redesigns, custom development and additional pages require a separate quote.
Growth includes up to 10 tracked search terms.
AI receptionist and website chat/scheduling are standalone services, not automatically included in Foundation or Growth. AI Front Office does not include a website.
E-commerce, checkout/payments, inventory systems, customer portals, specialized quoting engines and other advanced functionality require separate scope and pricing agreed before work begins.
The normal $499 AI configuration fee is waived only when the associated full $499 setup & onboarding fee for that specific website has been paid; that waived AI fee creates no additional website-buyout credit. Configuration covers business information, call flows, integrations, testing and onboarding.
Social, photo and video publishing uses supported channels where connected, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google. Connections and delivery configuration are confirmed during onboarding.
Automated communications require verified permissions for the purpose and channel. AI answering, chat and calendar booking require configuration and acceptance testing.
Lead reactivation covers up to 2,500 contacts and up to 60 days of outreach. Communication and data usage are additional; larger databases are quoted separately. Permission, suppression and stopping rules apply.
Google Local Services Ads depend on applicable category, geography, eligibility and platform availability. Advertising spend is separate from the $497/month management fee. Lead/call tracking depends on available platform support. No long-term advertising commitment.
For tree services, AI tools do not provide tree-safety advice, assess storm damage, dispatch emergency crews or issue binding estimates. Inspections and site-specific estimates stay with your team.
Insurance carrier integrations, live quoting engines, policy binding and claims decisions are outside standard marketing website scope. Coverage advice and claims questions stay with a licensed professional; sensitive claims documents and policy details do not belong in inquiry forms or AI chat.
