Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how JOBSCALE PRO LLC handles personal information when you use our website and related communications.
Effective date: 2026-10-17
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
JobScale Pro LLC ("JobScale Pro," "we," "us," or "our") provides digital-growth services for local businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information through our website, inquiries, local-visibility audits, appointment tools and related communications.
It applies when you interact with JobScale Pro directly. When we operate a website, communication workflow or other service for a business client, that business may control its customers' information and provide a separate privacy notice. In that situation, we handle information on its instructions and under applicable agreements and law; this policy does not replace that business's notice.
Contact us about privacy at team@jobscalepro.com, 561-556-7176, or JobScale Pro LLC, 1350 Cownie Lane, Sebastian, Florida 32958.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. We may receive your name, business name, work email, phone number, business website, service area, requested services, appointment details and the contents of messages or feedback you submit. We also record the communication choices you make and information needed to administer a client relationship, such as service and payment status.
Business-profile and audit information. When you request an audit, we may process the business you select, publicly available business-profile information, business location or service area, website information, reviews and ratings, selected search terms and resulting audit findings. A more detailed audit may require authorization through the relevant account provider. We and our service providers process information within the access you authorize. Do not send us your Google password.
Chat, phone and scheduling interactions. If you use an AI-enabled or other chat, call or scheduling tool, the information you provide may be processed by us and our technology providers to answer questions, capture an inquiry, schedule an appointment and support follow-up. This may include conversation text, booking details, interaction metadata and, for voice services, processing necessary to understand and respond to speech. Depending on the tools and settings in use, records may include transcripts, summaries, chat histories and call recordings when recording is enabled with applicable notice and consent. If a particular call is to be recorded, we will provide applicable notice and obtain any required consent for that feature. A privacy-policy link alone is not a substitute for that process.
Technical information. Hosting systems and enabled tools may process your IP address, browser/device information, pages requested, referring page, timestamps, approximate location inferred from network information, and security or error logs. Cookies or similar storage may remember choices or support requested features. Optional analytics or advertising collection is addressed below and depends on what is actually enabled.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, medical or patient information, insurance claims or policy documents, passwords, or full payment-card information in ordinary inquiry forms or chats. These channels are for business-service inquiries, not sensitive records or emergencies.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to requests; prepare and deliver requested audits; explain relevant services; arrange appointments; provide and administer services; maintain business records; operate and secure the website; troubleshoot problems; improve service delivery; honor communication and privacy choices; and meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Where permitted and, when required, with your consent, we may send relevant marketing communications. Requesting an audit, submitting an inquiry or accepting cookies does not by itself enroll you in promotional text messages. We distinguish messages necessary to respond to a request from optional ongoing promotions.
4. How information is disclosed
We use service providers for website hosting and security, business-profile analysis and reporting, customer relationship management, forms, chat and AI-assisted communications, email and text delivery, appointment scheduling, business administration and payment processing when applicable. Information needed for those functions may be processed on infrastructure operated by those providers, including providers that support JobScale Pro-branded tools.
We restrict access to people and providers who need the information for authorized purposes and use appropriate agreements and safeguards. White-label branding does not mean that all processing occurs on systems owned by JobScale Pro.
We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so; when reasonably necessary to comply with legal process or applicable law; to protect rights, safety and security; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale, subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements. These disclosures do not override the mobile-number and messaging-consent restrictions below.
We do not sell or rent your personal information for money. JobScale Pro does not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS consent records for other parties’ marketing or promotional purposes. Contracted service providers may process necessary information on our behalf to support JobScale Pro’s communications and services. That necessary processing is distinct from sharing for another party’s marketing and is not permission for a provider to use mobile numbers or SMS consent records for its own marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Text messages and email choices
JOBSCALE PRO LLC offers separate, optional permissions for informational and promotional text messages about its own services. You may choose either permission, both or neither. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing contact information or submitting an inquiry does not by itself grant promotional SMS permission. Message frequency varies based on your interactions, appointments, services and messaging preferences. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS communications terms for message types and support and opt-out instructions.
To opt out, reply STOP to the number that sent you the message. For assistance, reply HELP to that same number. You may also contact team@jobscalepro.com or 561-556-7176 for support or to request that text messages stop. Necessary consent history and opt-out suppression records may be retained to document permission and respect requests not to receive further messages.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. You can also contact us to request removal from marketing email. Service-related communications may continue when needed to respond to your request or administer an active relationship. We do not treat a client's customer list alone as proof of permission for any particular text campaign. Business clients may provide existing permission records to us by email for verification and administration; these records are access-restricted and are not published on our website.
6. Cookies, external tools and your preferences
Essential technologies help deliver requested pages, maintain security and remember privacy choices. Other tools may support forms, scheduling, chat, an audit or video you choose to use. External embedded services may receive technical information when they load and may use their own storage technologies.
JobScale Pro has not enabled optional analytics or advertising integrations. Cookie Preferences controls chat loading as described in our Cookie Policy. GoDaddy, our hosting provider, adds a browser-based performance-monitoring script to hosted pages. GoDaddy describes it as measuring connection time and page-load time. This script loads separately from chat and is not controlled by Cookie Preferences. Browser settings may allow you to block or clear cookies or similar storage; doing so can affect functionality.
We honor applicable legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required. A cookie choice is separate from SMS consent or authorization to access a business account. We update disclosures and controls before introducing materially different tracking uses. Visiting this website is not treated as blanket permission for all marketing or recording.
7. AI-assisted tools
AI-assisted tools can help respond to questions, summarize an inquiry, generate audit explanations or coordinate scheduling. Their outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You may ask to communicate with a person using the contact details above. Do not rely on an automated conversation for emergency assistance or professional medical, legal, insurance or financial advice.
We disclose and configure the processing necessary for these tools and evaluate the relevant provider terms. We do not promise that every technology provider has identical retention or processing practices. Sensitive information should not be entered into general-purpose assistants on this site.
8. How long we keep information
We keep information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to an inquiry, providing requested services, maintaining appropriate business records, handling disputes and meeting legal or contractual obligations. Retention depends on the information's nature, why it was collected, the relationship involved and applicable requirements.
You may contact team@jobscalepro.com to request deletion. William D’Amaro is responsible for reviewing privacy requests and coordinating any required handling across the CRM, email, exports and backups, taking account of applicable legal obligations and the available controls and limitations of each system. Immediate removal from every copy or backup is not promised. Necessary consent history and opt-out suppression records may need to be retained to document permission and respect requests not to receive further messages. If call recordings, transcripts, summaries or chat histories are collected, their retention and handling depend on the purpose, applicable obligations and the controls available for those records. We do not promise indefinite availability. Deleting one copy does not necessarily delete every related record.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle, such as limiting access and using secure transmission where appropriate. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe information provided to us has been compromised.
10. Your privacy requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or certain limits or opt-outs concerning its use. Some laws also provide an appeal process or permit an authorized agent to act for you. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions; not every law applies to every business or interaction.
Send requests to team@jobscalepro.com with the subject Privacy Request, or call 561-556-7176. Describe the request and the information needed to locate the relevant interaction, without including unnecessary sensitive records. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity or an agent's authority before acting. We respond within applicable legal periods and do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising protected privacy rights. Where an appeal right applies, contact the same address with the subject Privacy Appeal.
For information controlled by a business client, contact that business first. We assist with appropriate requests as required by our role, agreements and law.
11. Children and external services
Our website and business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can assess and take appropriate action.
Links to third-party websites and account providers lead to services with their own policies. We are not responsible for their independent practices. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate; applicable protections may differ, and we use appropriate safeguards as required.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices, services or applicable requirements change. We will update its effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for material changes.
